The traumatised victim displayed clear signs of distress following the incident. She cried in the car and asked her mother to shut the window when they passed by the school.

CCTV footage captured the entire assault. The girl’s father broke down in tears after witnessing how his daughter was mistreated at the educational institution.

The incident occurred on 26 May 2025. A WhatsApp conversation screenshot shared by Fadli revealed the victim was stabbed in five different spots on her head, causing bleeding.

Delayed Discovery of Injuries Raises Concerns

The girl’s parents discovered the severity of the assault the following day at 4:00AM when they noticed their daughter bleeding from the nose.

The bleeding continued for three hours until 7:00AM.

The family is currently waiting for the medical report from the hospital. Gombak police have not released an official statement about the case as of 30 May 2025.

Fadli did not reveal the name of the preschool but indicated it is a well-established institution with over 50 branches across Malaysia.
