M’sian Lady Dies By Jumping Off A Bridge After Having An Upsetting Argument With Her Son

Arguments are common in every family.

I’m sure all of you can recall at least one occasion where you may have gotten into a rather heated argument with your parents or siblings. It could be over anything – grades, messy rooms, even food.

However, like most petty arguments, it was resolved within a short amount of time and you guys were on normal speaking terms before you knew it, right? It was almost as if your little row never even happened.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for this man – whose argument with his mother ended up with her deciding to take her own life.

Woman Gets Into Huge Fight With Her Son

Sounds rather dramatic, but it’s true.

The man had a dispute with his mother, who reportedly worked at a hypermarket in Selangor, and they got into an argument during the wee hours of the morning on Sunday, 29 September 2019.

We are not sure what exactly they were fighting over.

According to China Press, the woman was very upset and emotional, and she climbed over the barrier beside the road of Banting Bridge in Selangor.

She then stood over the edge for a while, which caught the attention of a number of Malaysians who were driving along that road.

The Crowd Watches Her Jump Off A Bridge

One of the onlookers took a video of what was going on.

A man, who is most likely her son whom she was arguing with, can be seen standing a safe distance away from her, trying to convince her to get off the bridge.

The lady doesn’t budge from where she’s standing, but instead appears to be saying something back and making hand gestures to him.

Despite what the man says, the woman refuses to get down and eventually proceeds to jump off the bridge. She fell to her death in front of the entire crowd.

The police were informed about the situation, but by the time the rescue team arrived at the scene, it was too late as the woman had already died.

They managed to locate the body and retrieve it from the bottom of the bridge.
