M’sian Man Sexually Harasses Security Guard By Forcefully Trying To Kiss Him

When I was young, I aspired to be a security guard.

“Why?” my mum demanded. “Why not be a pilot? Doctor? Goody Feed writer? Accountant? Why a security guard?”

In response, I simply looked at her with bright, innocent eyes, and said:

“The security guards always look very chill! I wanna slack, just like them! Slack and get money! Yay!”

Suffice it to say, my mum gave me a walloping that made me think twice about pursuing a degree in Security Sciences. Yet even so, I never once gave up on that dream of mine.

“As long as I persevere, I will make it,” I wrote this morning in a Hello Kitty diary I stole from my sister.

But as it turns out, I might just give up on it after all.

“Malaysian Man Sexually Harasses Security Guard By Forcefully Trying To Kiss Him,” my editor said as he brandished a laptop in my face. “Write it or you can’t go home.”

Suffice it to say;

I’m done.

Malaysian Man Sexually Harasses Security Guard By Forcefully Trying To Kiss Him

You might think: “Oh, victims of sexual harassment? Pilots maybe. Air stewards and stewardesses. My hair barber maybe. But security guards? Nahno way. There’s NO WAY anyone’s gonna harass them. NO WAY. NO… WAY.”

But well, as it turns out, logic doesn’t quite work that way.

In a viral tweet by user @_.iqmal, a video clip was uploaded online that shows a large man pinning a smaller man to a wall, and forcefully kissing him. And according to reports…

The smaller man’s believed to be a security guard.

In the video, the smaller man tries to repeatedly shove the other man away as he is kissed. But because of the difference in physical size, he was only able to do so after a third attempt at pushing him off.

Visibly upset, the alleged security guard could be seen wiping tears away from his eyes as the larger man steadily backs away. Suffice it to say;

The damage was done.

Netizens Seek Justice

After the video went viral, netizens began airing their opinions on the matter, with a number of users recognising it as a clear case of sexual harassment and others reminding the general population that women aren’t the only ones falling prey to such forcible acts.

However, it seems that jokes have been made too. Thankfully, some have denounced them altogether.

And to be fair, it’s really not a comical matter. It might seem funny reading about a security guard being sexually harassed, but let’s face it;

If you were the security guard in question, funny is definitely not the right word to be used.

On another note, beware, security guards in Singapore. The incident might not’ve happened on local shores…

But you never know.
