32-year-old Sheng claimed that he was only 90KG when he was in college but quickly put on weight after entering the working world.

He couldn’t find the time to exercise and he absolutely love the food at his company’s cafeteria. In fact, his appetite was so huge he shocked onlookers when he was dining out with his cousin.
His Daughter was Born
The idea that things have changed sank in when he was taking care of his daughter. He realised that the simplest activities like walking or running long distance with his daughter made him tire easily.
The pivotal part in his life came when his daughter actually told him to stop picking her up from school. She was ashamed of his size and embarrassed because all her friends called him a fatty.
His One Year Journey
He subjected himself to an intense regime of exercise and strict diet and managed to lose 48KG in a single year. This is what he looks like now:

Sometimes, you just have to say hurt someone to make him or her a better person. It’s kind of like the 长痛不如短痛 theory.
