Man Married Three Women & Had Them Stay Within Walking Distance of Each Other

Men who have been in relationships before would know that one woman is more than they can handle. If not physically, then emotionally.

But not this one man, though.

This legendary man decided that it’s not enough to just marry three women. He decided to let them live in the same neighbourhood as well so it’s easier for him to travel between the apartments.

That’s one wise move, indeed. But obviously it’s not going to end well.

Here’s how the story goes.

According to Shanghaiist, this 36-year-old man, surnamed Zhang, was able to get married to three different women between 2015 to 2017.

How? By marrying them in a different province.

Zhang is the boss of his own real estate company in the Jiangsu city of Kunshan. And to make it more convenience (for himself), he decided to get them apartments within one-kilometre of each other.

Practically walking distance, if you think about it.

But That’s Not The Most Impressive Part

Not only does he have three wives, but he also has at least one kid with each woman. Talk about having seeds all over the world.

And he supported all three families with his real estate business, which was growing rapidly.

And throughout his affairs, he had managed to explain his frequent absences by claiming to have gone on business trips.

He’ll make more than a dozen trips between the three different households. Within one week.

He Was A Good Husband

Zhang’s second wife found out about his triple-affair and reported him to the police. Polygamy (having more than a spouse at a time), in China, is illegal and if found guilty, could land a person in deep trouble.

As shown by what happened to Zhang.

He was sentenced to jail for two years under the charge of polygamy.

However, even after he was found out, his second and third wives said that he was a good husband.

His second wife said he was “caring and considerate”, and would wash the dishes after dinner. Wah, that’s one trait that’s almost extinct in any man, no?

His first (and only legal) wife has divorced him.

When asked about what he’s going to do, he said that he will see who is willing to forgive him after he gets out of jail and he’ll stay with her forever.

Legendary indeed.
