Among some of the things to not say when doing something you’re not supposed to, it is “I’m the boss”.
Speeding? Tell the cop you’re the boss. That will alleviate your crime.
Caught stealing panties? Tell the person who saw you that you’re the boss. Bosses take anything they want!

Indian national, Singapore PR acted like the boss
Vijayan Mathan Gopal, 39, an Indian national and Singapore PR, boarded a Scoot flight from Cochin, India to Singapore with his fly unzipped, smelling of alcohol on 2 Nov 2017. This happened between 4 am and 8.14 am.
At this point, he was the last one to board, but he was still able to listen to the stewardess, pass her the boarding ticket and walk to his seat.
I mean, it’s not illegal to walk into places fly unzipped I guess.
Arguments Ensue
But after takeoff, Vijayan started to argue with another air stewardess because he didn’t want to pay after ordering some food and red wine.
The would-be victim here noticed the argument and offered to serve the food before payment against Scoot’s policy.
But Vijayan rejected because the other stewardess was rude.
The amount of self-entitlement here is high, but it gets worse.

There was a medical emergency with another passenger feeling faint and lacking oxygen, so the victim asked a steward to attend to him.
But hey, remember that self-entitlement is the game here. Vijayan insisted on the victim to attend to him, spamming that call light button.
“I’m the boss of the flight”
After a nurse came to help the sick passenger, the victim went to Vijayan to stop the spamming.
Like the results you can imagine from telling a kid throwing a tantrum on the internet to stop, he didn’t. Vijayan asked the victim where she lived and told her, “You are so beautiful.”
Then, he proceeded to cup her face with both hands.

She could not push him away since he was a passenger so she leaned back instead and raised her voice, “Sir, sir, sir.”
That didn’t stop him, and he said, “Do not throw your anger at me… I’m the boss of the flight.”
She tried to stand up and leave, but Vijayan then grabbed her right arm and placed his hand on her right thigh.
When she managed to properly stand up by using an armrest, Vijayan touched her left butt using his palm.
Later, she told the plane captain what happened and reported what happened to the police.

Guilty of 3 molestation charges
During the trial, Vijayan even denied what happened and said she faked the incident to conceal the complaint he gave for the poor service.
To be fair to him, it doesn’t seem like anyone else saw what happened. But it also seems really illogical to make up a story like this.
Unfortunately for the self-declared boss of the flight, even bosses don’t escape the law.
He is found guilty of 3 molestation charges and will be sentenced on 28 Aug 2019. Crimes occurring on Singapore-controlled flights are under Singapore law, and he faces jail for up to 2 years, fine or cane for each charge.
Let’s just hope criminals don’t go a step further and start declaring themselves the descendant of Jesus or God for even further self-entitlement.
