McDonald’s Hershey’s Series Is Coming Back On 23 Sept; Free McFlurry On 20-22 Sept

Get ready for the invasion, people.

Pack up your stuff, prepare your bunkers, and get ready to stock up.

Because Hershey’s is taking over McDonald’s.

So sell your McDonald’s stocks, and invest them in Hershey’s instead.

…

Just kidding.

It’s not that kind of takeover, but a chocolate takeover.

And when I say a takeover, I mean a takeover.

From 23 Sep 2019, you won’t find the Vanilla Soft Serve at McDonald’s… (except at their Dessert Kiosks).

Replacing them, here are their new overlords:

Hershey’s Cones From S$1.40

If you’re the kind who prefers their Hershey’s at a normal chocolatey level.

So twisted that even the picture is a little twisted. This is the only place where Hershey’s gave McDonald’s permission to add in a little of their vanilla.

Of course, there are certain chocolate addicts out there that simple cones like that wouldn’t suffice.

At 12pm and 6pm on each day from 20 to 22 September, bus stop advertisements will open up for everyone to grab a Hershey’s Mcflurry for free.

If you’re fast enough to be in the first 2,700, of course!

(What McDonald’s/Hershey’s mean by “bus stop advertisements will open up” remains to be seen. But I’m secretly hoping “open up” to be in the more literal sense, like the advertisement box opening Transformers-style to someone popping out like Oprah and pointing “YOU GET A HERSHEY! YOU GET A HERSHEY! EVERYONE GETS A HERSHEY!”)
