Mala lovers, listen up, McDonald’s is going to shake your world up this year-end by combining two of your favourite things: Mala and McDonald’s fries.
From 31 Dec 2020, McDonald’s Singapore is giving Singaporeans the Mala Shaker Fries.
Think Seaweed Shaker Fries, except fierier, tongue-numbing and exciting.

Upsized McSpicy Meal
The upsized McSpicy Meal will come together with the Mala McShaker Fries, which is (in McDonald’s words) “crispy, golden fries with a generous sprinkling of spicy and numbing Mala goodness, a thrilling combination with your tastebuds!”.
The seasoning is made of a blend of Szechuan peppercorns, chilli powder and other umami spices to deliver a hot and numbing experience.
You can enjoy the upsized meal with a medium drink from S$8, which is not bad considering a Mala dish at the food court could cost you six to seven bucks, with no drinks.
They even have a buddy meal for friends who live dangerously.
From just $15, you can get the 2X Value Meal which gives you:
- 2x McSpicy
- 2x Mala Shaker Fries
- 2x Coke Original Taste Less Sugar (M)
Basically, a buy-2-get-$1-off deal.
The Upsized McSpicy Value Meal is available at McDonald’s restaurants for dine-in and takeaway, and food delivery via McDelivery, GrabFood and foodpanda.

If you’ve always agonised on what to get for yourself every morning before work, McDonald’s just made itself a more attractive choice with their Breakfast McSaver Meals.
From 4 Jan, you can grab one of their Breakfast McSaver Meal from just $4.50 each.
For each meal, you’ll get a muffin (Chicken Muffin / Egg McMuffin / Sausage McMuffin), a Hashbrown and a McCafe Premium Roast Coffee or tea.
The meals are available at McDonald’s restaurants, as well as for food delivery services McDelivery, GrabFood and foodpanda.
App-Exclusive Deals
