Mr Khair recounted that he had ordered takeaway from Loyang Point McDonald’s outlet on Saturday, 6 June.

When their number was called, they picked it up and left the outlet without checking their orders as they were in a rush.

They’ve ordered at the outlet many times and there were no problems, he added.

But it was only when their son has finished his meal that they realised that their Hot Fudge Sundae was missing.

Staff Surprises Them By Arranging A Delivery

They called up the outlet to highlight the issue, thinking that they could probably collect the missing item.

To their pleasant surprise, the staff who handled the call took down their home address and contact number and went on to arrange for the delivery of the missing item.

Within 10 minutes of their call, their Hot Fudge Sundae arrives at their doorstep.

McDonald’s at Loyang Point: Efficient & Impressive

He wanted to highlight that the McDonald’s outlet at Loyang Point isn’t just efficient but has top-class service too.

Well, I got to say I agree with this man: This is “one hell of a service recovery”.

I guess you can say that this particular man is “lovin-it”.

Especially when you remember that McDonald’s, ever since its reopening, has been really busy with orders from McDonald’s-deprived people in Singapore.

Still, let’s all try to make McDonald’s staff’s lives easier by making sure to check our takeaway orders before leaving the outlet, yeah?

By the way, there’s a McDonald’s scam going around right now which promises to give you family vouchers in exchange for some information.

Make sure you don’t get duped and follow them on their official channels to get up-to-date information on what’s going on, yeah?

Brb while I go order my McSpicy now. I’m feeling a bit constipated nowadays.
