If there’s any dude out there who makes wrestling look good to the mainstream people, it’s him.
Dwayne Johnson, aka the role model of BuffLord95.
Even though all he could talk about back then was smelling himself.
After he retired from his wrestling heydays, he went on to wow people with his movies.
Like jumping across buildings that should’ve been impossible for anybody except Superman or Pinko Taro.
And now
First, The Trailer And Synopsis
In Jumanji: The Next Level, the gang is back but the game has changed. As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect. The players will have to brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snowy mountains, in order to escape the world’s most dangerous game.
If you haven’t got it from the synopsis, this is a sequel to another movie.
Which is a remake of a 1995 movie, Jumanji.
Confused? Don’t worry, we’re not going to get into that for this article.
This movie takes place a few years after the 2017 Jumanji and the cast have separated and are living their own lives.
Spencer (Alex Wolff) was home for the holidays and decide to try his hand at fixing the Jumanji console.
Unfortunately (for him, that is; for us, it’s fortunate because we get to see a sequel), he was sucked into the Jumanji world again and his three friends go into the game to rescue him.
What Can You Expect?
Here’s a warning before you watch the movie: the movie doesn’t feel like the next level where you get to watch new concepts, possibilities and plots that’ll blow your mind.
At least, nothing as impressive as shifting Jumanji from a board game to a video game.
Instead, it feels like a “bonus round” where the stage-clearing starts to feel a tad bit repetitive.
Thankfully, The Cast Makes The Entire Movie Watch-Worthy
But hey, if you’re simply in the mood for comedy and action, this is the movie for you.
It’s really fun watching the Hollywood stars portray the different personalities required for the film.
You can expect more typical Dwayne Johnson humourous antics, clever one-liners from Jack Black and hot girl kicking ass and taking names from Karen Gillian.
Besides that? Action. Lots and lots of action.

Is It Worth A Watch?
We’ll say “yes”. A definite yes.
Christmas is a time for joy, after all; and this movie, despite the somewhat lacklustre plot, is going to lift your spirits up in time for the festive season.
Rating: 3.5/5
