Before I start elaborating on our topic at hand, I would just like to say one word. Just one.
Why?
Okay, five.

M’sian Man Successfully Sues Ex Fiancé After She Spent $10k On Their Wedding While Cheating
Two whole years ago, a disgruntled man named Ezrin decided that he was going to sue his ex-fiance after she broke up with him ‘for no reason’.
He posted a picture on Twitter of the items initially intended for his wedding, with the caption, “Wedding preparations are ready, but you chose to leave me. These are our wedding items.”
Ouch. Imagine being abandoned at the very last minute, especially after you’ve been together for three long years.
But here’s the issue, as can be seen by the big stack of cardboard boxes waiting to be opened: She had already spent RM30,000 (~S$10,000) of his money on wedding preparations.
Not cool.
So take her to court he did and it has been many years since then, but finally, yes finally, he has won the case.
Won The Case
A translation of the tweet provided by World Of Buzz: “Alhamdulillah, three years of demanding justice and defending my dignity. Finally, the authority has sided with the truth. Thank you to those who supported and to those who didn’t.”

He also revealed that his ex-fiancé will be forced to pay the amount of money he has set, however, this amount is unknown.
He explains that the ruling was in his favour “because the defendant had failed to provide any valid excuses or reasons as to why she refused to marry me.”
Affair
His ex-fiancé allegedly revealed to Ezrin’s sister that she had confessed to having an affair with her boss.
The affair happened during the period where she was still purchasing items using his money in preparation for the wedding.
She later decided to break up with Ezrin after she had spent all that money.

If all of the above is true, then I believe that she had it coming.
