If you stay in the northeast part of Singapore, you probably know about the Punggol new mall, Northshore Plaza, which comprises two areas: Northshore Plaza 1 and Northshore Plaza 2. To some of us, we might just remember it as the “A&W Northshore Plaza” (but given that there has been so many A&W outlets nowadays, it no longer has that nickname). Do you know that it’s a mall by HDB?

So what else should you know about this Punggol new mall that open to the public on 29 October 2021? And what’s the Northshore Plaza directory?

Here’s everything you need to know about Northshore Plaza, the Punggol new mall With A&W, Decathlon and Daiso!

Everything About Northshore Plaza (Northshore Plaza 1 and Northshore Plaza 2)

There are two parts to the mall, and they are called Northshore Plaza 1 and Northshore Plaza 2.

For added convenience, Northshore Plaza 1 is linked to Samudera LRT Station, which means that you won’t have to brave the sun or rain when you want to visit the mall.

And here’s another thing to be excited about.

Diners who are fans of hotpot can enjoy a long session with loved ones at HaiDiLao Hot Pot right at Northshore Plaza.

Those who love studying or hanging around in cafes will be thrilled to know that Northshore Plaza will have The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. This way, all coffee-lovers can also easily get their coffee-fix whenever they need one.

Not a big fan of coffee? More of a fan of bubble tea? Don’t worry, Northshore Plaza will also have a KOI outlet there to fulfil all your bubble tea needs.

Community-Centric

Since this is supposed to be a New Generation Neighbourhood Centre, Northshore Plaza is very community-centric (instead of being very profit-driven), boasting a huge Community Plaza with ample space so that events and performances can be held there.

Furthermore, they also have Community Pods for people to sit and chill (because profit isn’t the priority, remember!).

Other than being a mall that caters to everyone and a communal place for the community to get together, Northshore Plaza is also surrounded by nature, allowing residents to feel connected to both the city and nature at the same time.

Other than the unique waterfront experience, Northshore Plaza offers a Common Green area with lush spaces and fitness stations. Workout enthusiasts can take in the scenery and work out in peace, while children can play at the playground.

After a day of fun, they can simply head up to the mall for a quick meal before heading home for the day.
