Thanks to FairPrice Group, for this Chinese New Year, the hole in our pockets will all be slightly smaller (that is, if you don’t decide to splurge on fancy seafood for reunion dinner or gamble it away in a game of mahjong with your relatives).
An S$8 Return Voucher will be given with every S$100 nett spent in a single receipt from 23 to 26 January 2025 at all NTUC FairPrice, FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra stores.
Customers can receive up to two Return Vouchers per transaction. These vouchers will be redeemable at all FairPrice stores from 24 January to 28 February 2025–the perfect excuse to buy more snacks to satisfy our cravings, even after the festive season is over.
According to FairPrice Group, this initiative aims to “make every day a little better for all in Singapore, by keeping festive essentials within reach throughout the CNY season and SG60 celebrations”.
The Group Chief Executive Officer of FairPrice Group (FPG), Vipul Chawla, has also shared that they “want to help all in Singapore stretch their dollar even further, and ring in the new year with the staples they need for celebrations with family and loved ones”.
Indeed, FPG has been keeping its promises and living up to its name this CNY. In addition to this Return Voucher initiative, it has also pushed out other schemes to help Singaporeans save more.
To ensure prices remain affordable amidst the rise in demand for various products during this festive season, FPG has implemented a price freeze on all its goods; customers will also be able to enjoy exclusive deals and limited time promotions on popular CNY food items.
Furthermore, CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders will be entitled to a six per cent discount on Thursdays and Fridays respectively across all FairPrice and Unity outlets until 1 February 2025.
Customers can find out more about these festive promotions at their nearest FairPrice store.
