Old Chang Kee Selling Individual Lohei for You to Lohei Alone
In a Facebook post that was uploaded just yesterday (10 February 2021), Old Chang Kee Singapore has unveiled their latest creation:
Prosperity Salmon Yusheng Sets, all individually plated.
Packed with CNY theme toppers, these little sets of delight promise a raving good time even if you go at it alone.
For the record, each set includes a classic combo of carrots, white and green radish, pickled vegetables, and smoked salmon.
It would also absolve any need to eat more than you originally wanted.
According to the Facebook post, the Prosperity Salmon Yusheng Sets are available at $6.80/set, with a minimum order of 20 deemed as mandatory.
And if you’re still feeling peckish after that, you can get one of their CNY bento/snacks from $8.80/set onwards (with a minimum order of 20).

Ordering Time
To order, you can head on down to http://oldchangkeecatering.com/menus to place your order.
Do note, however, that orders have to be made 3 working days in advance before 4:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Also, the total amount during checkout is not inclusive of setup fees or other surcharges. Instead, they will only be included via an invoice once your order is confirmed.
Orders between 20-29 pax will also not be applicable for set-up service.

Practicing Safety Regulations
In light of the upcoming festivities, we feel it necessary to remind you that specific safety regulations apply during this month.
For one thing, households will be limited to just eight visitors per day, so do keep that in mind.
Though it’s not stipulated, families have also been recommended to visit no more than two other homes a day. For the sake of everyone, please exercise caution and moderation in this aspect.
Offices should also not organise larger social events, such as parties, celebrations, and gala dinners.
And of course, when you lohei, you’re supposed to do it silently, like you’re making a birthday wish.
