We all love waffles, especially those crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. It’s getting harder to find good waffles nowadays and most of us miss the “good old days” where we can find good waffles selling everywhere. Most waffles nowadays are soggy and has no crisp to it. Added to that, waffles sellers are making them more and more expensive.

How about marshmallow? Every kid would have tasted the goodness of melted marshmallow. The feeling of ecstasy you get when you bite into one after toasting it slightly over fire lingers in your mouth long after it is gone. It makes kids go wild with the toasting and some might end up with burnt marshmallow instead. These memories are hard to forget isn’t it?

Now, if we are to add these 2 ingredients and toss in a handful of chocolate chips, what will we get? Are you excited to find out? Well, when we saw this video uploaded by YouTube Channel Food Steez, we couldn’t help but want to share their incredibly simple yet sinfully delicious waffle with you.

Follow this recipe if you have shouted “YES” at your desk while secretly reading our site.

What you will need:

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cup flour
1.75 cup milk
0.5 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
Half tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Graham Crackers or Ritz Crackers
150g Chocolate chips
A bag of marshmallow (small sized ones preferred)

Tools
Waffle Maker
Hand held whisk

Instructions
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Once they are mixed, add in the flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk and add in 100g chocolate chip. Continue to whisk until all ingredients are mixed and the mixture is liquid. Smash the crackers into little bits and add them into the mix for a crunchy taste. Whisk again until the crackers are completely mixed.

Next, place one scoop of the mix into your pre-heated waffle maker. Make sure you know the capacity of the maker and not make the scoop too big. Otherwise, your waffle will be out of shape. Cook the waffle for 10 minutes (adjust time to suit your waffle maker). Open the lid of the maker and add in the remaining chocolate chip and a handful of marshmallow on one side of the waffle. Cover them with the other side and cook the chocolate/marshmallow filled waffles for another minute or two.

Ta-da! You get your chocolate waffles with marshmallow! The marshmallow and chocolate oozing out of your waffle will make you want more, so go ahead and make some more. We dare you.
