If you’re a fan of Oreo, then drop everything you have now and head over to PLQ Mall.
Because according to online reports, this latest snack, which is outrageously pricy but outrageously popular, is now in Singapore.
Yeah, we’re talking about the Oreo Popcorn, which is technically known as Cookie Pop.

The premise of this snack is simple: it’s basically popcorn coated with Oreo.
As we’ve known from the Golden Arches, anything coated with Oreo is goody and can be sold at a premium price.
The relatively new item, which was released just early this year, is a brainchild of Snax-Sational, a US-based snack company that didn’t just get popcorn and Oreo to register their marriage: they’ve popcorn-ised many other popular brands, too:

Now, according to Facebook Page Singapore Atrium Sale and lifestyle platform SHOUT, the innovative snack appears to be only in PLQ NTUC FairPrice Finest (so far):
And the worst part of this news?
One pack, which is at 5.25 OZ (somewhere about 149g) cost a whopping $7.95.
However, it should be noted that the prices haven’t been jacked up after the snack took an SIA Business Class here; over in the US, it cost USD$7.58 for 2 packs too, which works out to be about SGD$6 per pack.
