Ginger restaurant at PARKROYAL on Beach Road has introduced a Korean-themed buffet spread for Ramadan from 27 February to 30 April 2025.
The halal-certified restaurant features more than 30 Korean dishes alongside the restaurant’s regular local offerings.
The buffet features seven varieties of Korean fried boneless chicken, including original, cheese, soy garlic, spicy gochujang, Sichuan pepper chilli, ghost pepper chilli, and kicap manis.
Traditional Korean Favourites and Interactive Stations
The buffet’s Fire Grill station serves various meats including wagyu beef patties, chicken bulgogi, and beef bulgogi. Weekend diners (Friday to Sunday) can access additional items such as beef short ribs and lamb chops.
A DIY Bibimbap Station allows diners to create their own rice bowls with ingredients like spinach, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, tamago, edamame, and bean sprouts.
The menu includes Korean staples such as Jjajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles), Kimchi Bibim Guksu (cold spicy noodles), and Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes).
Pricing and Additional Offerings
The buffet costs $75++ per adult and $37.50++ per child from Monday to Thursday.
Prices increase to $85++ per adult and $42.50++ per child from Friday to Sunday, public holidays, and eve of public holidays.
Dining hours are from 6pm to 10pm, with last orders taken until 9:30pm. Children aged 0 to 6 dine for free at the buffet when accompanied by a paying adult, limited to two children per reservation.
The restaurant serves Bandung with NUTRISOY fresh soya milk with real purple rice as a special beverage for its Ramadan offerings. A Binggrae ice cream booth offers Samanco Red Bean waffle-type ice cream and Melona.
Diners can purchase personalised K-keychains at the Yutopia booth for $8.80. Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Members are entitled to receive a free Yutopia keychain with purchases above $200 in a single receipt.
