“I‘m so lucky”, said YouTube star PewDiePie.

Is it because he has over 99 million subscribers or that he earns an average of 11 million a year?

No, it’s because of one Italian lady, Marzia Bisognin.

Will get married “soon”

Just a few days ago, PewDiePie released a video in which he revealed he was getting married “soon”.

Fans probably thought that meant in a few months, or even a year.

But a few days after the announcement, this happened:

PewDiePie, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, got hitched to Marzia Bisognin in a small ceremony at the Temperate House and the Nash Conservatory in Kew Gardens, London.

The couple looked stunning in their outfits.

The ceremony was an intimate setting and the duo was clearly enamoured with each other.

“We celebrated our wedding with our closest friends and family. It was the most beautiful day, which I will treasure forever,’ said PewDiePie in an Instagram post.

“I am so thankful for all the people that made time to attend the event and helped us celebrate our marriage. I feel like I’m the luckiest person and I’m so full of love. Incredibly ecstatic to be able to call Felix my husband for the rest of our lives.”

So, who exactly is Marzia Bisognin?

Marzia Bisognin is an Italian internet personality, fashion designer, and entrepreneur. She’s known for her YouTube channel as well as featuring on other popular YouTube channels. Her channel is the most subscribed Italian channel with over 7 million subscribers.

Unfortunately for fans, Marzia announced that she would discontinue producing videos for her YouTube channel, after seven years on the platform.

Together for 8 years

Marzia met PewDiePie in 2011 after her best friend introduced her to his videos.

The pair then started talking on Facebook, after which Felix went to visit her in Italy.

After 7 years together, the couple got engaged in Japan in April 2018.

Despite both of them being famous YouTube stars, the couple chose to keep their engagement and wedding private.

When asked if they were inviting any fellow YouTubers, Marzia said, “A few, but we’re keeping the guest list very small.”

“So if you’re a YouTuber and not invited, that means we hate you”, Felix quipped.

In another video, the couple revealed that the date of their wedding day was exactly eight years after they first met.

We hope this marriage doesn’t turn out like most celebrity marriages. Though, with this much affection after 8 years, their future certainly looks bright.
