For a long time, Fatboy holds reign in Singapore as one of the burger places to try at least once in your life.
Now, another fattie is coming into the Singapore scene. And it’s one that shakes the ground with every step.
Introducing Fatburger, The LA-Based Burger Chain
While Singaporeans are eagerly awaiting Shake Shack to come to Jewel Airport, another famous American burger chain has sneaked into our backyard.

And let me tell you, it’s definitely something worth getting exciting over.
#Foodporn images aside, the burger chain has been selling juicy burgers for decades. And it has a strong following in the US including Zendaya, Heidi Klum and Quentin Tarantino.
You don’t know who they are, they’re A-list celebrities.
And they’re coming soon in Singapore.
So when are they opening their stores?
Okay, meaty details first. We’ll get to the other stuff later.
Back in Jul 2018, their Facebook page announced that the Singapore team is halfway through their training.
Fatburger will be opening two outlets in Singapore next month.
The first outlet will open at OneKM on 7 Sep 2018 while the outlet at Velocity@Novena Square is scheduled to open for business on 14 Sep 2018.
What Can You Expect From Fatburger
If you’re a lover of burgers, Fatburger is going to excite you.
Because no longer do you have to deal with skinny, small and overall pitifully down-sized Big Macs from McDonald’s.
Instead, you’re going to have all the meat that you can ever want (if you can pay for it).
They can give you up to not one, not two but four pieces of meat patty to feed that inner carnivore of yours.
Here’s what the real deal looks like.
And despite their name, they sell pretty wicked buffalo wings too.
Choose between boneless or bone-in buffalo wings, either grilled or crispy. Plus sauces ranging from sweet to holy-shit-that’s hot.
And if you’re like my handsome colleague who doesn’t believe in eating carbs, they have a skinny version of the burger for you as well.
No buns, just delicious, crunchy fillings wrapped between two juicy, fresh beef patties.
Kind of remind you of a certain burger from KFC, doesn’t it?

Plus, choose between three different versions of fries: Fat Fries, Skinny Fries and Sweet Potato Fries.
And deliciously cool milkshakes with real ice cream blended in.
You can choose between chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and cookies and cream flavours.
Welp, I don’t know about you but I can’t wait for 7 Sep to come around.
Quick question, if you’re going to try Fatburger out for the very first time, what’s the size you’ll go for?
