We had:
Waffle Royale – $17.50
(Poached eggs, smoked salmon, baby spinach and hollandaise on Belgian waffle)
One thing I loved about Revelry was that their waffles were light, so it served as a good accompaniment with either the sweet or savory toppings. The hollandaise sauce was flavorful and creamy, which definitely got a thumbs up from us. The smoked salmon wasn’t too salty, and was just nice for my liking. Eggs wise, it was a pity that only one of them was poached well.
Chicken and Waffles – $16
(The classic soul food: crispy chicken thigh on our Belgian waffle, served with maple syrup on the side)
One of the signature dishes that lived up to its name!
The fried chicken thigh was really crispy and definitely not oily. We drenched both the fried chicken and waffles in maple syrup and they went perfectly with it. I would highly recommend you to order this when you visit Revelry!
Atmosphere:
The cafe was rather spacious, and it would be a place where I would head to chill. Good for group gatherings as well. The hanging lanterns added a whimsical vibe to the cafe.
Service:
The waffles took longer than expected to arrive. But good food is definitely worth the wait!
