Sentosa Grillfest Has Charcoal Grilled Durian & Other IG-Worthy Food

If you believe that everything tastes better grilled, then Sentosa has the perfect food festival for you.

Sentosa Grillfest, Singapore’s only food street by the beach, opened its shores to food lovers on the 19th of July and will run for a four-week period until 12 August.

The Grillfest will be run by 27 food and beverage establishments that will offer over 130 F&B options throughout a 1-kilometre stretch of Siloso beach.

The festival will offer dishes with modern twists on familiar local and international dishes as well as event-exclusive menu items like Brewerkz’ Siloso Saison Blanc beer.

Here are some of the tasty offerings of Sentosa Grillfest.
