Singapore citizens aged 21 and above can start claiming their SG60 vouchers in July, as part of the broader SG60 package announced in Budget 2025.
Senior Citizens Get Priority Access to S$800 SG60 Vouchers from 1 Jul
The voucher distribution begins on 1 Jul 2025 at 10am, with the first phase targeting senior citizens. Singaporeans aged 60 and above this year can claim S$800 worth of vouchers.
Low Yen Ling, Mayor of the South West District, explained that the dates were split to prioritise older Singaporeans and recognise their contributions to the country.
The staggered approach also allows authorities to devote more resources in the first three weeks of July to support elderly Singaporeans who need help claiming the vouchers digitally or printing them out.
Younger Adults Can Claim S$600 SG60 Vouchers from 22 Jul
Adult Singaporeans aged 21 to 59 this year can claim S$600 worth of vouchers starting from 22 Jul 2025 at 10am.
The SG60 vouchers carry an extended validity period until 31 Dec 2026, providing citizens with ample time to utilise them. Citizens can use the vouchers at all businesses that accept CDC vouchers.
Half of the SG60 vouchers are allocated for spending at participating heartland merchants and hawkers. The other half can be used at participating supermarkets island-wide.
Citizens can claim their vouchers at go.gov.sg/sg60v by logging in with their Singpass account. They will receive an SMS link from SenderID “gov.sg” to access their vouchers.
A list of participating businesses is available at go.gov.sg/sg60voucher.
Specially Designed Postcards
All citizens will also receive a specially designed postcard by mail, with those aged 60 and above getting theirs starting 1 July, and those aged 21 to 59 receiving theirs beginning 22 July.
These postcards, featuring the work of six artists with different abilities, include a message from Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. Each postcard contains a QR code that citizens can scan to claim their vouchers.
Assistance is available for seniors and those less digitally savvy at Community Centres and SG Digital Community Hubs. The Community Development Councils are collaborating with the Public Service Division and youth and student volunteers to guide residents through the claiming process.
About 200 volunteers from public agencies and schools will be stationed at selected Community Centres in the first two weeks of the launch to assist residents alongside CDC Ambassadors.
Singapore Digital Office (SDO) Digital Ambassadors will be present at all Community Centres throughout July 2025, while Silver Infocomm Wellness Ambassadors will be at selected Community Centres in the first week of July 2025.
The Singapore Digital Office will conduct daily SG60 Vouchers Learning Journeys at selected Community Centres to equip residents with hands-on knowledge on using their vouchers effectively.
Singaporeans are advised to remain vigilant against scams related to the SG60 vouchers. No banking information or financial transactions are needed to claim the vouchers.
