Singapore Pools Unveils New TOTO Match Game Offering Fixed Payouts Up to S$7,000 Per Dollar

Singapore Pools will launch TOTO Match, a new fixed-bet lottery game, with sales beginning 10 Jun and the first draw scheduled for 12 Jun.

The lottery operator introduced this game to adapt to evolving market trends and consumer preferences for fixed-payout models.

The company identified growing interest in fixed odds-style games among bettors. Some players were turning to illegal operators for such games due to limited legally available fixed-odds betting options in Singapore.

TOTO Match Game Structure and Prize System

TOTO Match operates differently from traditional TOTO games by offering fixed prize amounts per dollar bet rather than jackpot prizes. Higher bets directly translate to bigger payouts under this system.

The game features four distinct betting types with varying prize structures. Players can participate in one or multiple betting options simultaneously.

Match Additional Number (M AN) requires players to select one number from one to 49. Winners receive S$30 for every S$1 bet if their chosen number matches the additional number from the TOTO draw. A player betting S$2 would receive S$60 if their chosen number is drawn.

Match 2 (M2) involves selecting two numbers from one to 49. Players win S$50 per S$1 bet when both selected numbers appear among the six winning numbers. The additional number does not count towards this bet type.

Match 3 (M3) requires players to pick three numbers from the same range. Winners receive S$500 for every S$1 bet when all three selected numbers match the winning numbers, excluding the additional number.

Match 4 (M4) represents the highest prize tier, requiring players to choose four numbers. Successful players earn S$7,000 per S$1 bet when all four numbers match the winning combination.

A player betting S$2 on the Match Additional Number game would receive S$60 if their chosen number is drawn.

Betting Requirements and Availability

Players must place specific TOTO Match bets to qualify for prizes. Regular TOTO bets do not make players eligible for TOTO Match winnings.

The game only offers straight bet options. Players wishing to place multiple bet types must submit separate bet slips for each betting category.

TOTO Match sales will be available at all Singapore Pools branches and authorised retail outlets starting 10 Jun. Players can place bets for the current draw or up to four consecutive draws.

Betting follows standard operating hours with sales closing at 6PM on draw days. Sales close at 9PM for Cascade Draw events.
