This morning, I woke up only to realise there is no connection on my Singtel mobile line.
And when I said no connection, I literally meant no connection at all, almost like there’s no SIM card in my phone.
When I restarted my phone, it worked perfectly, and I thought it was just my phone, or that my SIM Card tray might be loose.
Then I saw this:
And I knew sometimes, it’s not always just me; it could be you.

At around 10am this morning, Singtel finally made an update.
They said, “We are aware some mobile customers may be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Please power off and power on your devices to resume connectivity. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
It’s almost 2pm now, and it appears that the problem is still ongoing.
In an update at 1:49pm, SIngtel added, “We note a very small number of customers are still facing intermittent mobile connectivity issues. Please power off and power on your devices to resume services. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
Nevertheless, I’m also glad that I’m not the only one who thinks that I’m the problem, as this is the top comment:
