(Let’s see how many Disney songs references you can find in this article)
2013 was a huge year for Disney.
If you’re wondering what I’m talking about, why then let me just show you something you will likely remember.
Definitely not the first time in forever that you’ve heard this one.
Frozen was huge, so much so that you could hear a child singing it’s famous songs every five steps to your school gate.
With Frozen 2 out, the hype is back and likely just as big as before.
But are you as big a fanatic as this guy we’re about to talk to you about.
Do You Want To Build A Collection?
You ever saw a guy whose circle of life revolves around the franchise?
According to MSNews, 37-year-old Singaporean man David Hilman is definitely one of them.
As you can see from his Instagram, the guy goes the distance with his immense Disney collection!
How far? Well, as far as letting go of S$30000 to build this homely yet magical kingdom of his.
Not sure if dedicated or very dedicated.
In that amount, S$6000 dollars alone was spent on Frozen merchandise.
I can only wish upon a star that I have that much money to spend on my hobbies.
As you can see, Mr Hilman has everything updated all to match the current season of Frozen 2.
He even has the limited edition Elsa doll from the release of the original movie. Only 2500 of those are available worldwide!
More Than The Bare Necessities
Or in this case: being a Disney fan comes with its own perks.
Before the movie premiere, Disney Singapore sent Mr Hilman a giant media kit to gear him up with hype.
As of this writing, he hasn’t revealed what is inside that enormous box yet.
Though, I don’t really think the guy needs any more reason to be hype.
Having already seen the premiere, Mr Hilam states that he has learned the lyrics of all the new songs in order to karaoke them the next two times he goes back to watch the show.
He’s going to be a poor unfortunate soul if no one sings with him though.
With all that being said, just remember how packed theatres are going to be these weeks leading up to Christmas.
Especially weekends.
If you’ve got a friend like me whos down to see it late on weekdays, that’ll likely be more preferable.
