Think of Instaworthy photo spots and sprawling fields in foreign lands might come to mind.
But as it turns out, you might not have to travel so far after all:
Telok Blangah Hill Park Turns Pink As Bougainvillea Flowers Are In Full Bloom
Plane rides to Japan? Nah, ain’t nobody got time for that when you could just take an MRT to Telok Blangah to capture some pics for the gram’.
If the title isn’t telling enough, Telong Blangah Hill Park has turned blushing pink as Bougainvillaeas flowers take over, and damn, it’s a gorgeous sight. (With Instagram filters and edits at the very least).
Just look at how gorgeous the place looks.
For a second, I thought the people in the photos above were the same person. But then I realised that there’s a dress code: pink dress and a hat.
Just kidding. Although wearing that particular outfit definitely looks nice and makes you look like you’re in some picturesque distant land, it isn’t compulsory.
Slippers and singlets are welcome too.
The winding staircase just makes the entire place look that much more dramatic and exotic.
Taking photos from the bottom is really gorgeous too.
This particular angle will make you look like you have your very own castle here in Singapore.
Or you could surround yourself left and right with pink blooms. That works too.
How To Get There
So these photos have convinced you and you can’t wait to call your ad-hoc photographer aka Instagram boyfriend to snap photos of you.
Go forth my friends:
Address: 10 Telok Blangah Green, Singapore 109178
P.S. It’s a 15-minute walk from Telok Blangah MRT.
