There’s a Line Pop-Up Store in Changi Airport T3

Changi Airport is more than just a place where you fly from.

It’s a lifestyle destination all by itself, and I’m not just talking about Jewel Changi.

For example, this.

Line Friends Pop Up Store

Line is a messaging app, similar to WhatsApp, developed by Japan in the aftermath of an earthquake which rendered all communication infrastructure moot.

That’s something that not many people know about.

But what the app is famously known for is their super-duper-cute cartoon characters like Brown

His wife Cony

And his best friend, Moon.

And these folks, together with their friends, have just landed in Changi Airport.

Here Are The Details:

Located at Changi Airport Terminal 3, the pop-up store will last from 28 June to 8 August 2019.

It’s just right next to the link bridge to Jewel Changi. Perfect for a before or after Jewel trip.

The store will be open daily from 10 am to 11 pm.

There will be over 350 items up for grabs, including (but not limited to) apparels, fashion accessories, stationery and toys.

 

Omo, is that the Jungle Brown Collection?! Including OTTO BROWN, MUNCH BROWN and DIN SALLY.

Some of which have never been seen before in Singapore (unless you Taobao-ed or begged a friend to buy for you).

And it’s not just the main Line cast you can expect to see, folks. There will be characters from the extended series as well.

Bonus points if you can name all the characters above.

And the background is definitely IG-worthy enough for your account.

Plus, There’s An Event Now

If you love LINE friends so much you’ll be willing to give up your firstborn child for them, make sure to go queue up as early as possible.

Because from 28 to 30 June, the first 50 shoppers daily in the queue will get their hands on an exclusive balloon.

And I’m guessing it has something to do with LINE friends, that balloon.
