Well, being a Descendants of the Sun hardcore fan, do you know that one of the theme songs has got two official versions: a Korean version and an English version?
Here’s the Korea version that you might be familiar with.
That version is often played in Descendants of the Sun, and the charming melody has made it one of the favourites among fans. Titled “You Are My Everything”, it is sung by Gummy, a South Korea singer. According to C-JeS Entertainment, the song itself topped the iTune k-charts in eight countries once it was released: in Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and Taiwan (strangely no South Korea!).
This is the English version that, well, is just as good, because we could understand the lyrics!
But back to the topic: Gummy did a live performance in a variety show, Two Yoo Project Sugar Man, and it was so good, you can see Yoo Jae Suk going apeshit (not that he doesn’t go apeshit often).
Enjoy! The song starts from 0:31.
