Recently, this photograph of an un-amused woman taking a ride on Splash Mountain at Disney World has been making its rounds in the Internet’s world of memes. The image uploaded by her husband was so iconic the internet couldn’t help but respond. And oh, did they respond.
Her face has been photoshopped onto the Mona Lisa.

We all probably know someone who is a total chicken on roller coasters and anything that drops faster than a normal functioning lift, right? For this woman, that person was her husband.
Her husband posted the picture online with the caption, “I wouldn’t go on Splash Mountain with my wife.”
Later, as news agencies caught up with the “Angry Splash Mountain Lady”, she revealed that “It was a long day. I had bronchitis, I had a crying baby, and my husband informed me that he doesn’t have it in him to ride my favourite ride.”

So what if her hubby pangseh-ed her? She’s a strong independent lady who chose to respond with humour, instead of beating him up.

Even after her face was used to create thousands of memes which made their rounds on various social media platforms, she took everything in her stride. “I think it’s great people are taking it and having fun with it. I think some of the photoshops are absolutely hilarious.”
