Two individuals struck gold on 28 April 2025, splitting a TOTO jackpot totalled at S$12,929,450.

The winning numbers were 3, 8, 12, 18, 24, and 41. The additional number was 11.
This draw marked the fifth cascade event of the year, triggered after three consecutive draws without a Group 1 winner.
Winning Strategy
Both winners purchased their tickets online via Singapore Poolsโ digital betting service. Each ticket was a System 7 entry, which allows the selection of seven numbers instead of the standard six.
This system increases the number of possible winning combinations from a single ticket and costs S$7 per entry.
Prize Accumulation
The jackpot had snowballed from previous draws, with no Group 1 winners on 17 April, 21 April, and 24 April 2025. This accumulation led to the bumper prize pool for the 28 April draw.
In the same draw, twelve Group 2 winners each received S$124,689. The total prize payout for the draw exceeded S$26 million.
The identities of the two jackpot winners remain confidential, as is standard practice for Singapore Pools.
Both winning tickets were bought online, so there were no long queues or last-minute rushes at physical outlets for this round.

The 28 April event stands out as one of the largest TOTO jackpots of 2025, following previous major wins earlier in the year, including S$11.7 million on 3 January, S$13.3 million on 24 January, and S$12.6 million on 7 February.
Cascade Draw Mechanism
The cascade draw mechanism ensures that if no Group 1 winner emerges after three consecutive draws, the jackpot rolls down and is split among Group 2 winners.
This time, two players matched all six numbers and claimed the top prize.
