The 12th TOTO cascade draw of 2025 concluded on Thursday, 6 Nov, with a single winning ticket claiming a jackpot of S$12,286,496.
The draw had been hotly anticipated as the prize money had snowballed to an estimated S$10 million after three consecutive draws failed to produce a Group 1 winner.
The winning numbers were 3, 20, 24, 29, 32 and 44, with 46 as the additional number.
Only one ticket purchased in Singapore had the winning combination. However, the winning ticket was an iToto System 12 entry, which meant the prize would be divided into 28 units rather than going to a single individual.

28 Units Split Prize with Minimum of 11 Winners Sharing S$12.3 Million
An iToto bet is a Quick Pick System 12 Entry divided into 28 units. Each unit costs S$33, calculated from the full System 12 Entry cost of S$924 divided by 28.
The prize amount for each winning iToto unit equals the total prize divided by 28. In this draw, each unit of the Group 1 winning ticket entitled the holder to S$438,803.40.
A punter who bought two units would receive S$877,606.80. The calculation rounds up to the nearest S$0.10.
All 28 units of an existing iToto bet must be sold before Singapore Pools generates a new iToto bet. When someone buys multiple units of iToto, they purchase multiple units for the same set of numbers.
A total of 18 of the 28 winning units were sold through Singapore Pools Account Betting Service online. The remaining 10 units were purchased at various physical outlets across Singapore.
This distribution means at least 11 people will share the jackpot. The exact amount each winner receives depends on how many units they purchased.
The Group 2 prize was shared among 11 winning tickets, with each receiving S$123,444.
Winners must claim their prizes by 5 May 2026. Unclaimed prizes will be channelled to donations and grants managed by the Tote Board.
Cascade Draw Follows Three Failed Draws with Tickets Sold Across Multiple Outlets
Singapore Pools declared the 6 Nov draw a cascade draw after three consecutive draws on 27 Oct, 30 Oct and 3 Nov failed to produce a Group 1 winner. In a cascade draw, the operator splits the jackpot between Group 2 winners if no Group 1 winner emerges.
If there are no Group 2 winners, the prize goes to Group 3 winners, and so on.
The latest cascade draw came just two weeks after the previous one on 23 Oct. The last non-cascade draw that produced a Group 1 winner was nearly a month earlier on 9 Oct, when one punter took home S$5,979,660.
There has been an average of more than one cascade draw per month in 2025. Previous cascade draws this year occurred on 3 Jan (New Year Draw), 24 Jan (Reunion Draw), 7 Feb (Hong Bao Draw), 6 Mar, 28 Apr, 19 Jun, 17 Jul, 31 Jul, 28 Aug, 29 Sep and 23 Oct.
Two of these draws had just one winner. On 19 Jun, one lucky punter won more than S$12.3 million. On 31 Jul, one person took home S$12.8 million.
