Wong He, known for his role as a firefighter in the action drama trilogy Burning Flame (1998 to 2009), claimed he was drugged and woke up in a prone position, struggling to breathe before losing consciousness.
When he regained awareness, he found himself alone on the floor with pain throughout his body.
The actor said his friend appeared indifferent and was casually using his mobile phone, behaving as if nothing had happened.
This friend insisted Wong take the 8:25am Taiwan High Speed Rail train home and dropped him off at a location far from the station.
On the train, Wong noticed several passengers behaving strangely, “almost as if they were guarding something” rather than simply commuting during rush hour.
Upon returning home, Wong took photos documenting the bruises on his body.

Wong said he lost consciousness after consuming a bowl of red bean soup for supper.
He briefly woke to find himself being physically restrained on a bed and heard his two friends telling him not to move before blacking out again.
The next morning, Wong woke up naked on the bed, covered in blood with bruised knees.
He had defecated involuntarily and discovered a white substance mixed with feces between his buttocks.
Despite the disturbing situation, Wong said his friends acted as if nothing unusual had occurred.

Wong even offered to compensate them, thinking he had soiled their bed.
Medical Diagnosis and Kidney Failure Following Alleged Assaults
Following the second incident, Wong sought medical attention but claimed he encountered uncooperative healthcare staff who initially only prescribed painkillers.
When his condition worsened, he returned to the hospital and was admitted.
On 14 Dec 2024, doctors diagnosed Wong with rhabdomyolysis, a condition where damaged skeletal muscle breaks down rapidly.

In January 2025, Wong revealed on social media that he had been diagnosed with kidney failure, which he believes stems from the rhabdomyolysis caused by the alleged sexual assaults.
The former TVB star, who left the network in 2011 and is known for his outspoken political views, stated he did not report either incident to the police due to his distrust of authorities.
Wong first sparked health concerns in December 2024 when he shared a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed without revealing his specific condition.
His YouTube video detailing the alleged assaults has garnered over 15,000 views with netizens expressing varied reactions ranging from support to skepticism.
Some commenters thanked Wong for his courage in speaking out, while others questioned how he could have found himself in similar situations twice.
