The Elections Department (ELD) announced on 14 Feb 2025 that Singapore’s revised voter rolls will be available for public inspection from 15 Feb to 28 Feb.
The Registers of Electors contain names of all qualified voters as of 1 Feb 2025.
How to Verify Your Information
Singaporeans can verify their voter information through multiple channels. Citizens may check their particulars via the “My Profile” tab on the Singpass app or through the Elections Department website.
For those unable to access digital platforms, verification services are available at community centres, ServiceSG Centres, and the ELD office in Novena.
During the inspection period, citizens can submit claims to include omitted names or update their particulars. They may also file objections to remove names from the register for their Electoral Division.
A subsequent claimant list will be accessible for review from 12 Mar to 19 Mar 2025.
Individuals whose names were removed for failing to vote in previous elections can apply for reinstatement through the ELD website.
The Electoral Boundaries Review Committee (EBRC) was established in January 2025, marking the first step toward the upcoming general election.
Singapore’s 14th General Election must be held by November 2025, with political analysts predicting midyear polls.
The current voter count shows an increase from previous elections. As of July 2024, there were 2,715,187 eligible voters, up from 2,653,942 in the 2020 general election.
This will be Singapore’s first general election under Prime Minister Lawrence Wong’s leadership
