It could’ve happened anywhere, but it had to happen in Yishun. This time though, it wasn’t a horse in a carpark or a random shirtless guy trying to hulk-smash a BMW in Yishun.

It was a tiff between a Yishun Starbucks staff member and a very angry customer. But the Starbucks staff’s patience and zero damns given are legit #goals.

Woman Filmed Shouting At Starbucks Staff In Yishun; Staff DGAF, Says ‘Bye’ And Waves Goodbye

I hope to one day have this much patience in life. Even if someone is screaming in my face, I will just nod along and at the end of it, wave goodbye.

That’s what this Starbucks staff did.

According to Banana News, the incident took place on Saturday, 14 December.

The caption attached to the video claims that the woman had been hogging a seat at Starbucks without buying a drink.

The Facebook post itself is titled “Starbucks Cheapo”. Ouch.

Now, those who frequent Starbucks would know that you’re at least required to buy a drink if you choose to sit there during peak periods or non-peak periods.

It’s a basic cafe/restaurant etiquette since you’re depriving the premises of a paying customer.

When the staff approached the woman to inform her, however, she allegedly became angry and began talking to her very sternly.

Not much of what she said in the video could be deciphered due to the background noise, but at one point she says “I’m warning you” very loudly.

She was clearly agitated and was gesturing and shouting in a very rude manner while the staff appeared calm and composed throughout.

In fact, she was so calm and composed that she swiftly resumed her work clearing tables and even waved goodybye to the woman as she left.

Funnily enough, the goodbye wave did not sit well with the angry woman and she became even more agitated.

The video then abruptly cuts off.

How composed the Starbucks staff was is actual #goals. Perhaps she has read and mastered The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F***. All I know is that we can all take a page from her book.
