Some people should never be pet owners.
And some should never be allowed to take care of anything. Ever.
Unfortunately for a poor little kitten, it was picked up by such a woman.
What Happened
On 14 November, a lady went into a pet shop.
She told the owner that she wanted to buy another cat because the one that she owned went missing.
The owner attempted to convince the lady to put off the purchase and look for her missing cat instead.
So the woman left empty-handed.
But She Didn’t Give Up
The next day, the woman came back again, insisting on getting another cat.
Seems like she loves her pussy cats.
Relenting, the shop owner allowed her to buy a kitten home. But, she said, no refunds.
So she got a cute grey kitten.
Happily ever after, right?
Woman Found Missing Cat
Four days later, the same woman appeared again.
This time, she said she found her cat and wanted to return the kitten in exchange for a cat litter, food, a climbing post and other pet supplies.
Reasonably, the owner refused and the pair got into an argument.
The owner sat down on a bench when the owner left for a while.
Then, The Kitten Started Wriggling In The Bag
*no, kitty, no-*
Yup, she did.
Furious and annoyed at the kitten, she took the poor creature out of the bag and threw it onto the ground. Hard.
And when the kitten crawled weakly back to her, she stomped on the kitten-
And ground it into the ground, just like one would do so with a cigarette butt.
She dragged it back to her with her foot before picking it up and throwing it back into the bag.
Authorities Get Involved; Woman Begs For A Second Chance
Of course, the police were called in straight away. If she could do that to a cute little kitten, what would she do to me, the owner (probably) thought.
She reportedly apologised to the owner and said she’ll take care of both cats.
She assured everybody that she will post regular updates about her cats to prove that they are alive and well-taken care of.
The CCTV footage of her actions went viral and netizens were gunning for her blood. She had made a public apology on her social media account and announced that she was “actually an animal lover”.
I don’t know about you, but if that was an animal lover? What’s an animal hater?
