Since the dawn of humankind, people have chosen to settle their disputes in two very different ways.
The first group uses their words, and tries to empathise with their foe so they can calmly reach an agreement.
The second group just tries to beat the crap out of each other.
Even though we know the second method is much less productive, it still happens all the time.
The problem for the second group is that these days, if you choose to settle an argument with your fists, you’ll probably end up on the internet.

A video of four woman fighting with each other has gone viral on social media.

Posted by All Singapore Stuff on Thursday, 22 October 2020
Involved in the fight are four women. These four women shall be referred to as:
- Number 10 – Wearing a jersey with the number 10
- Goth Girl – Fully dressed in black
- Salmon – Girl Wearing a salmon top
- Pink Shorts – Girl wearing pink shorts
At the start of the video, Salmon grabs Goth Girl by the head as Goth Girl aims a few blows at her face. The two end up falling to the ground.
When this happens, Number 10 rushes towards Salmon faster than Cristiano Ronaldo heading into the penalty box and stomps on Salmon while she’s on the ground wrestling with Goth Girl.
All this, by the way, was going on in the presence of a police officer, who seemed helpless amidst the chaos.
Then, a male bystander lightly kicks Number 10 while she’s on the ground, and Pink Shorts rushes in to pull Number 10 away, evading the grasp of the police officer.
While Salmon and Goth Girl are still wrestling on the ground, Pink Shorts enters the fray and punches one of them – it appears to be Goth Girl – leading to shouts from a bystander, to which Pink Shorts replies by shouting even louder and stomping on Goth Girl again.
The video ends there, leaving the viewer even more confused than when it began.
Police’s Response
Speaking to Mothership, the police said the women involved were aged 32 to 55 and that the incident took place on 20 Oct at about 1:45pm near Block 13 Marine Terrace.
Two officers arrived on the scene first, and found two groups of people – 11 individuals altogether – in a heated argument.
Members of one group were approaching the other in an aggressive manner.
One officer tried to calm things down, while the other took one of the individuals involved aside.
A brawl still ensued. But eventually, both officers eventually managed to break it up.
Another six officers then arrived to provide assistance.
Three Individuals Arrested
So, why were they fighting? What triggered this passionate scuffle?
Well, according to Mothership, these two groups fought because offensive remarks were exchanged the day before.
Consequently, three women, aged between 32 and 55, were arrested for affray.
Two teenagers and a 38-year-old man are also currently under investigation.
If found guilty of affray, these women could be imprisoned for up to a year, fined up to $5,000, or both.
