Well, you’ll be surprised to know that it is indeed a void deck. According to MP Patrick Tay, this is the void deck of Blk 260, Yishun Street 22. It has now been transformed into a seniors’ wellness and care centre.
In fact, everything was conceptualized and constructed within a year.
Just take a look at how Blk 260 looks from afar.
