Here’s what you should know about the Yuewen Music Festival that’s taking place in Sentosa at the end of the year.

Then you’d love this “fusion” festival, the Yuewen Music Festival, which occurs for three days, on 28 Dec, 29 Dec and 31 Dec.

On 28 Dec, Thai star Billkin Putthipong Assaratanakul from the hit movie How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies will perform alongside his I Told Sunset About You co-star, singer-actor PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn.

Mandopop singer Lala Hsu, Taiwanese singer Maggie Chiang, deejay Tech1, and singer-songwriter Olivia Marsh, sister of K-pop girl group NewJeans’ Danielle, will also take the stage.

29 Dec will see Japanese diva Mika Nakashima, known for her role as punk rocker Nana in the 2005 movie of the same name, performing in Singapore for the first time in her 20-year career. Chinese rapper Gali, Philippines-born J-pop star Reiko, and Thai idols Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn and Nanon Korapat Kirdpan will also perform.

On 31 Dec, Chinese singer Akini Jing and deejays like Afrojack, Cuebrick, and Wukong will entertain the audience, along with a fireworks and drone display to ring in the New Year.

Ticket prices range from $228 for a one-day standard ticket to $1,014 for a three-day premium ticket, with pre-sale for DBS and POSB cardmembers and DBS Paylah! users starting on 29 Oct at 2pm.
