I am sure everyone hates renovation, especially if the neighbour above you is drilling away on a Saturday morning.

Well, the guy that I am going to talk about is one step ahead of us, in the most ****ed up way.
What happened
According to China Press, On Dec 31, a middle-aged construction worker in Henan, China was drilling holes outside of a multi-storey building as he was supposed to install water pipes.
Mind you, he was working midair with a safety harness on while working.
As he was getting on his work, a resident who lives in a unit on the fourth floor was not too pleased with the drilling noise.
Instead of talking it out like a normal functioning human being, he decided to slice the safety rope with a kitchen knife.
WTF?
He distracted the worker’s attention, asking him to stop working first and wait for someone to come over and explain the work procedure before he decided to cut the said rope.
The worker then fell from the fourth floor, with the tools and water pipes.
He sustained fractures in his right leg, pelvic bone and lower head. He also injured his head, neck, chest and lungs.
He was then admitted to the hospital.
He said: “He wanted me to wait for someone to come over and had asked me to stop working first. That’s when he cut off the rope.”
“I was just there to work. I was coming down to the fourth floor and the rope snapped from there,” he added.
As of now, it is unclear about the victim’s condition but the news has gone viral on social media and netizens are angered by the outrageous act.
They are urging the authorities to classify this incident as attempted murder.

What is there to say other than WTF?
According to the police investigation, the resident was furious about the drilling noise but he was taken aback when he learnt that the worker was severely injured.
Ermmm, no shit Sherlock.
Hopefully, the law would deal with him the best way possible.
