This famous memorial hall has a unique octagon-shaped roof, which symbolises good fortune and abundance. It’s 89 steps signify the age of Chiang Kai-shek, a former president of China. Its surroundings have many enchanting ponds and gardens for you to admire.
Buddha Memorial Center

The religion of Buddhism is deeply ingrained in the Taiwanese people, and here you’d be able to admire the architectural works of the building. It also houses one of Gautama Buddha’s teeth!
Kenting National Park

National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium

No visit is complete if you don’t take a look at the zoos, and the panda house is an absolute must to be seen.
Chimei Museum

This private museum opened to the public in 1992 and shows five specific categories – western arts, musical instruments, natural history, arms and armour, and finally antiquities and artefacts. The Forbes magazine mentioned that this museum houses some of the most unique art pieces. Now that’s worth a visit, is it not?
