So before you start crying over your empty wallet in utter self-pity, please browse through our latest issue first.
You may just find an affordable enough deal to sustain you through the rest of the week.

3. Seoul Garden Has A Free BBQ Buffet on Any Day of Your Birthday
Well, here’s Seoul Garden to the rescue.
According to their Facebook page, birthday boys and girls will now be able to dine at the barbecue arena for free.
And it doesn’t even have to be on your actual birthday; it can be any day within their birthday month!
However, like everything else that sounds too good to be true, there will be terms and conditions involved.
For one, you can’t go alone. You’ll need to be accompanied by at least three paying adults, though the requirement has been somewhat relaxed to include other promotional deals as well.
That is to say, the three paying adults do not necessarily have to fork out the full amount and can apply for other ongoing deals such as Student or Senior Citizen prices.
The promotion is only available at their Marina Square outlet, so please refrain from wearing your birthday suit to your nearest Seoul Garden outlet and demanding a free meal. You’ll get it, but probably only behind bars.
Last but not least, you’ll need proof of identity to get through those birthday scanners. So I’m afraid that you can’t just, for lack of a better phrase, smoke your way through.
But if you do manage to fulfil all the given criteria, you’re in for a definite treat.
As the buffet site announced so cheerily, you will be entitled to the great ambience and great service, a general blast and the perk of eating to your absolute heart’s content.
