A fish dish you wouldn’t want to miss. The deep fried fish is coated with tasty bread crumbs and then eaten with the ‘Yumcha’ sauce which is a special soy sauce.
BPK Singalor Lau
This is an Indonesian style roasted pork that is cut into perfect bite sizes but still juicy and succulent to the taste buds. A must try when in Batam, for sure!
