Nowadays, it’s not enough to have good food; it also needs a good name too.
And honestly speaking, what name is better for a burger series than JawBreakers.
It’s so huge you’ll break your jaw when eating it.

Unfortunately for a man who dined at 4Fingers, the burger had another surprise for him: a bone.
Here’s what happened.
Man Took To Facebook To Complain Against 4Fingers For JawBreakers Burger
On 25 May 2022, Facebook user Paul Cmk took to Facebook page Complaint Singapore to share his unhappy experience with 4Fingers.
According to his post, he had gone to the 4Fingers outlet at Orchard Gateway to try the Jawbreaker Monster burger.
He claims that the single counter server was extremely rude and allegedly shouted at him.
The burger that arrived looked different from what he had expected.
To make it worse, he almost broke his jaw when he took his first bite.
Shocked, he returned to the counter but allegedly faced more issues.

No Apology
According to the user, he didn’t receive an apology and was told to go to the collection counter for a replacement JawBreakers burger.
He also felt disregarded by the staff at the collection counter who felt like he was making up a story.
The replacement burger was also equally sorry.
I Will Not Try This Place Again
The user felt that the 4Fingers outlet did not perform up to standards, which was concerning since the outlet was located in a “touristy” spot.
He ended the post by saying that he will never try this outlet ever again.

4Fingers Investigating The Claims
4Fingers revealed that they’ve reached out to the affected customer although it wasn’t known yet if they’ll compensate the customer.
As for the bone found in the burger, here’s what they had to say:
Based on our knowledge, this is the first of such an incident we have experienced at our stores.
The patties for our Jawbreaker burgers are prepared with fresh chicken chops (not minced). The chicken thighs have to go through a deboning process where our supplier may have lapsed. Normally chances of such incidents are extremely low (<1%).
