People in Singapore Hoarded Essentials After Announcement of New DORSCON Level

After the announcement of the new DORSCON level, people in Singapore went in droves to buy essentials like rice or vegetables.

Shelves in supermarkets were wiped off as if there’s a new zombie outbreak, and online platforms crashed.

NTUC FairPrice and Minister for Trade and Industry Chan Chun Sing told people not to panic buy, as there would be enough supplies.

2 Wuhan Virus Patents in Singapore in Worsen While 1 is Discharged

In total, there are 33 confirmed cases in Singapore now.

2 patients’ condition have worsen: 1 of them is in critical condition and is now in ICU while the other requires additional oxygen support.

Conversely, 1 has been discharged as he has been “comprehensively tested negative” for the coronavirus.
