Woman Working At Mosque Jailed For Stealing $38,000 From Mosque Within 2 Years

A woman who worked at a mosque stole a total of $38,000 from the mosque between 2017 and 2019.

For one count of criminal breach of trust by a servant and two similar charges, 36-year-old Marlina Abdul Rahman has been sentenced to nine months’ jail on Wednesday.

Singapore Airlines Diverts Flights From Iranian Airspace

Singapore Airlines announced on Wednesday that it will be diverting all flight routes from Iranian airspace.

This came after Iran said that it launched a missile attack on US-led forces in Iraq on Wednesday morning to retaliate against a US drone strike on Iranian commander Qasem Soleimani.

Australia Thankful For Singapore’s Help In Fighting Bush Fires

Singapore has deployed two helicopters and 42 soldiers to Australia to help the country to put out the raging bush fires which have destroyed 2,000 homes.
