Places To Look At Cute Animals Like Pasir Ris Pet Farm
We are the Furballs (WTF)
Personally, this is my favourite place to go. The dogs there are extremely adorable and friendly. There are about 8 dogs in the café; some days there are less more depending on what time you visit as there are some who are brought to the groomers/vet.
You can buy treats from the counter to attract the dogs to your side. The café doesn’t serve food but they have a variety of drinks to choose from. While there is an entry fee when you visit, there is a complimentary drink as well. The café does not serve food but they have a variety of drinks to choose from. Oh, and they accept cash only so remember to withdraw cash from the nearest ATM machine before visiting!

Rabbit Head Quarters
This place screams rabbit lovers. Although it’s not a petting café/zoo, you can still bring your date here to let their inner child come out when they see all the fluffy rabbits here.
The friendly staff at RHQ will teach you how to handle the delicate animals and might even let you cradle one! You can learn about the different breed of rabbits here so it would be an afternoon filled with learning new stuff and cooing at fluffy rabbits with your date!

Singapore Zoo
The Zoo is also a great place to bring your date to as there are a lot more animals there as compared to a farm/café. There are also a lot of activities to be done in the Singapore zoo so it will be a day well spent together with your date. A true animal lover needs to be in the zoo at least once in his or her lifetime, right?

Night Safari
Like the Singapore Zoo, you can see a lot of animals here; the difference is that you’ll get to see more of the nocturnal animals here. If you and your date are into leopards, lions and prefer nocturnal animals, this is a must-go place for both of you! If you’re brave enough, you can get a chance to feed the lion and tigers as well!

River Safari
Love the pandas? Then this is a must-visit place for you and your date. If you’re up for it, you can register for the ‘Panda rise and shine’ experience where you get to see Kai Kai and Jia Jia up close and personal with their bed hair!
This tour takes you to the back-of-house area of the Giant Panda Forest where you can watch the keepers serve the bears their pre-breakfast snack and perform morning check-ups. You can get a chance to prepare breakfast for the two pandas as well! This special experience is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:40am to 10:30am only. If you’re not up for such experience you can also enjoy the various activities here!

SPCA
If your date and yourself are up for it, why not sign up to be a volunteer at the SPCA? Not only can you two spend time together, you’re doing a meaningful thing together as well! To be a SPCA volunteer, you need to be able to commit a minimum of 4 months consecutively on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
This is a great and meaningful way to bond with your partner. You also get to love and care for the animals there! Just don’t get too jealous when your partner showers the animals with more attention than you.
