Everyone’s going for the air-fryer nowadays, and we don’t blame them, because not only are they supposed to be healthier, they create less of a mess and has tons of recipes so easy to cook that you can enjoy good quality home-cooked food all day long at home without going through too much hassle.

Fish and Chips

Usually, when we talk about making fish and chips at home, we’re talking an oily kitchen and having to be there to make sure the fish doesn’t go chao ta, right? With the air fryer, all you have to do is to preheat the air fryer to 180 degree Celsius, bread the fish with bread crumble mixture (bread crumbles with 1 tsp of olive oil mixed) and throw it into the air fryer.

Throw some frozen fries into another half of the tray and close the air fryer. Set for 15 minutes and you’re good to go. Good old healthy fish and chips: life can’t be better than this.

Spicy Drumlets with homemade BBQ marinade

If you thought spicy drumlets require lots of work, you’re never more wrong. Here’s how you can enjoy spicy drumlets as good as the ones at Pizza Hut. Preheat air fryer to 200 degree Celsius. Use a bought BBQ marinade or mix your own, rub it over the drumlets air fry it at 200 degree Celsius for 10 minutes before lowering to 150 degree Celsius for another 10 minutes. Once the timer goes ding, you’re going to get evenly caramelized and slightly crispy drumlets.

Fried Chicken Wings

Rub garlic, ginger powder, ground cumin and freshly ground pepper over the chicken wings and toss them into the air fryer that’s preheated to 200 degree Celsius and let it air fry for 10 minutes. Your chicken wings will be crispy and spicy at the same time!

Mix the tuna, mushrooms, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mold them into the shape of patties and cook it in the preheated air fryer (180 degree Celsius) for 7 minutes until patties are golden brown. If you would like to, use it as a burger patty and you’ll have the healthiest burger ever.

Baked Egg

Egg lovers, this is for you! Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees and grab four oven proofed bowls. Butter the bottom of the bowls, throw in ham or hotdog, crack an egg into each bowl and add 1 tsp of milk to each. Sprinkle salt and pepper and pop it in for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it out and you have your own bastardized chawanmushi.

Luncheon Fries

Another easy to make snack you can enjoy anytime, just grab a can of luncheon meat and cut into strips. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degree Celsius and throw the strips of luncheon meat in. Optional but highly recommended is to have plum powder on hand to dust over the luncheon fries.

Roasted Corn
