They say men are from Mars while women are from Venus. This is never truer when it comes down to texting style. Sometimes, as boyfriends, we have a hard time trying to figure out what in the world our girlfriends are thinking. Other times, we have an even harder time trying to figure out how to reply them. Here are the top ten most mind-numbingly difficult texts to reply.
“It’s okay.”
Is it really okay? You mean it’s actually not okay right? Plus, that full-stop is passive-aggressive.

“I’m going to sleep now, goodnight”
Does that mean that she is pissed off? Should I call her? But if she is really tired, she might be pissed off that I’m stopping her from going to sleep.
“Dear, does this dress look good?”
Of course, we are obliged to say it looks fantastic on her. However, a picture is still a picture and not real life. Plus, you know that photos aren’t all that accurate especially if your girlfriend is an Instagram-pro.
“I miss you”
If you are not a very romantic person, you will be at a loss as to what to reply. “I miss you too” sounds recycled and slightly insincere.
“Why didn’t you reply my texts?”
Even if it’s an innocuous question, it’s still annoying to have to explain every time that you are busy with work or a project. We will definitely reply when we have time!
Complaints
If you are having a good day, having to deal with your girlfriend’s complaints would definitely dampen your spirits. Even if it’s just about how hot the weather is, you are still obliged to agree with her even if you are in an air-conditioned office!
“I saw my ex today”
As your current boyfriend, we do not need to know everything and anything about your exes. Also, this also begs the question, how and why do you care?
“We need to talk.”
This means that we are in deep shit right?
