Singapore’s 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand list has been released, with 97 eateries receiving the distinction.
The list, announced on 28 July 2026, includes 10 new entries. This is an increase from the 89 establishments recognised in 2025.
Bib Gourmand is not the same as a Michelin Star. It is a separate distinction given to places that Michelin’s inspectors believe serve good-quality food at reasonable prices.
Basically, it is the Michelin award that is slightly friendlier to people whose wallets are not prepared for a 12-course tasting menu.

The 10 New Bib Gourmand Eateries
The 10 newcomers cover familiar Singapore favourites including laksa, fish soup, oyster omelette, thosai, bak chor mee and yong tau fu.
They are:
Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon, known for its fish head bee hoon soup.
Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette, an oyster omelette stall at Newton Food Centre.
Jia Xiang, which serves traditional dishes such as mee siam at Redhill Market.
King of Laksa, a laksa stall in Aljunied.
Rajarani Thosai, a Tampines stall serving freshly made thosai and appam with nearly 20 fillings.
Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup, which specialises in herbal soup.
Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle, a family-run bak chor mee business currently operated by its third and fourth generations.
Xiangyee, a restaurant specialising in Hunan cuisine.
Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu, which has served Hakka-style yong tau fu since the 1960s.
Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap, known for its braised duck, pork intestines and kway chap.
Some of these eateries had already been included in Michelin’s wider selection before receiving the Bib Gourmand distinction.
The Bib Gourmand award is decided by Michelin’s anonymous inspectors, who visit establishments without identifying themselves and pay for their meals like regular customers.
17 Eateries Have Been Recognised in Every Edition
The 2026 selection is also the 10th edition of the Michelin Guide Singapore.

These longstanding recipients range from hawker stalls selling chicken rice, carrot cake and curry puffs to restaurants serving Indian, Thai, Peranakan and vegetarian cuisine.
Two Eateries Dropped From the List
While 10 establishments were added, two eateries from the 2025 selection are no longer on the Bib Gourmand list.
They are Eminent Frog Porridge & Seafood in Geylang and Soon Huat, a prawn noodle stall at North Bridge Road Market and Food Centre.
The changes explain why the total increased by eight, from 89 establishments in 2025 to 97 in 2026.
Michelin Stars Will Be Announced on 4 August
The Bib Gourmand list is only one part of the Michelin Guide Singapore selection.
The complete 2026 selection, including the restaurants receiving one, two or three Michelin Stars, will be announced on 4 August 2026.
Until then, the Bib Gourmand list provides Singaporeans with 97 Michelin-recognised options that should not require them to sell their phones before paying the bill.
