There is one thing I’ve always believed: One day, the human race will be infected by a virus and we’ll all turn into brain-eating zombies. Or maybe friendly zombies, who knows?
I mean, look, it’s already happened to snails.
For now, though, I’ll just have to make do with fictional human zombies.
And this particular event is at the very top of my zombie to-do list:
Asia’s First-ever Zombie Survival Game In Singapore
On 26 October 2019, Zedtown Asia: Battle of Singapore, Asia’s first zombie survival game, will bless our zombie-lovin’ shores – or more accurately, the National Stadium.
And it really looks fun.
According to the chief commercial officer of Singapore Sports Hub, “It promises to be a fully immersive adventure-driven experience for participants to battle it out against other Survivors and ‘zombie-fied’ players inside the National Stadium.
“Participants will get to track their progress in real-time as game directors send missions and updates from start to finish.”
Is anyone else getting Left 4 Dead / The Walking Dead feels?
Note that this is the 34th instalment of the immersive Survivor vs Zombie gaming experience – tens of thousands of players have already taken part in sold-out events in Australia and all across America.
So rest assured, they know what they’re doing.
Tickets On Sale Now
The coordinators expect the event to be in high demand, so be sure to jio your friends and buy your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are already up for sale via Sports Hub Tix, with prices ranging from $40 for the ‘Alpha Zombie’ category to $125 for the ‘VIP’ category, for a single session.
There’ll be a day and a night session, starting at 12 pm and 6 pm respectively.
Wait – you mean I can even fight zombies when it gets dark?
Please sign me up now.
After Party
Okay, wait there’s more. The first 100 ticket holders who show their event tickets at Zouk on 26 October 2019 can enter Zouk’s Halloween Party for free, the official after-party venue for the event.
Zombie after-party anyone?
So if you played L4D or love zombie flicks, and you think you can do better, now you can try it.
